A young factory with
old-fashioned reliability
Cupssupplier was founded in 2019 in Hangzhou, the capital of Zhejiang province — a city better known for e-commerce than for factories, and that is exactly the point. We built the company the way a modern exporter should be built: digital-first communication, transparent pricing, and a workshop where every process that affects quality stays in-house.
In seven years we have grown from a two-person trading desk into an 8,00 m² manufacturing campus with four production lines, our own tooling room, an in-house powder-coating booth and a quality lab that tests every batch against FDA and LFGB food-contact standards. Today our bottles leave the Port of Ningbo for more than eighty countries — from German outdoor chains to Ghanaian distributors to American promotional agencies.
What has not changed since day one is how we work with buyers: you get a named sales engineer who answers within twelve hours, a quotation that lists every cost openly, and photo updates at each production stage. We would rather lose an order than win it with a promise we cannot keep.
